ACE-hämmare

ACE-hämmare är medicin som sänker blodtrycket genom att hämma enzymetangiotensinkonverterande enzym (ACE). nära hämning från ACE reducerar nedbrytningen från angiotensin inom till angiotensin II vilket sker inom kärlväggen inom kroppens blodkärl. Angiotensin II har ett starkt kärlsammandragande (vasokonstriktiv) konsekvens vilket ökar den perifera resistensen till blodet samt därmed ökar blodtrycket. ACE-hämmare motverkar bildningen av angiotensin II, vilket sänker blodtrycket.

Ett modell på ACE-hämmare är enalapril, ett annat kaptopril. ACE är enstaka förkortning till angiotensin-converting enzyme.

Två andra närbesläktade läkemedelsgrupper är direkta reninhämmare samt Angiotensin II-receptorblockerare, ARB. Reninhämmare (DRI) begränsar bildningen från angiotensin samt angiotensinreceptorhämmare verkar genom för att blockera den viktigaste receptorn för angiotensin II, AT1-receptorn. Dessa preparat är dyrare men kunna användas såsom tillägg mot ACE-hämmare alternativt vid biverkningar som exempelvis hosta.

    The band formed in December in Sheffield as "Ace Flash and the Dynamos", but soon shortened the name to "Ace".[2] The members were assembled from various professional bands. Carrack and Terry Comer had previously played with Warm Dust, and Alan "Bam" King with Mighty Baby and before that the s band The Action.[2] Fusing elements of pop and funk, Ace achieved popularity on the pub rock circuit.

    Before the recording of their debut album, Five-A-Side,[3] the former drummer of Bees Make Honey, Fran Byrne, replaced Steve Witherington.[2] The single "How Long" was taken from this record, and was a significant chart success, achieving a top 20 place in the UK Sing

    Agbede is a Muslim town in the Northern part of Edo State.[1] It has been in existence since the 13th century. It is the door way into the North of the State.[2]

    Geography

    The town has several villages also referred to as Ayuele clans. It includes; Jagbe, Odigie, Egono, Ubiane, Ughiole and Egho. Agbede is bordered by Ewu, Idoa from the South and Auchi to the North. The main stay of the community is farming. Agbedes are famous for producing the unique staple cereal crop called Agbede Rice.[3] The inhabitants of this geography also farm yam & cassava. They are blessed with the most arable flat land surface for agricultural production.

    In terms of the weather, there are majorly two seasons; raining and dry season accompanied by harmattan.

    The Agbedes were the original makers of the artifacts in Benin before their exodus into the northern part of the geography called Edo State.[4]

    It is also said that the first Agbedes were originally unemes. Another school of thought holds that Agbedes and Unemes were blessed with creativity in approaching arts.[5]
